 Gross Income LLC Stock Trading Course Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the stock trading course (“Course”) provided by Gross Income LLC ("Company"). By enrolling in or accessing the Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not enroll in or access the Course.   

1. **Acceptance of Terms** By purchasing, enrolling in, or using the Course, you agree to abide by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or rules provided by the Company.   

2. **Eligibility** Participants must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in the Course. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.  

3. **Course Content** The Course is intended for educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice or an endorsement of any trading strategy. While we aim to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of the materials presented. Stock trading involves risks, and any trading decisions you make are your responsibility. 

4. **No Investment Advice** The Company is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. The content provided in the Course should not be interpreted as investment advice or recommendations. All decisions to buy or sell stocks are made at the user’s own risk, and the Company is not liable for any financial losses that may result from your decisions. 

5. **Intellectual Property** All Course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, presentations, and any related content, are the intellectual property of the Company. You may not copy, share, distribute, or modify any Course materials without the prior written consent of the Company. Unauthorized use of Course content may result in termination of access and legal action.  

6. **User Conduct** You agree to use the Course for lawful purposes only. You are prohibited from using the Course to: - Harass, threaten, or defame others - Engage in any illegal activities - Violate any applicable laws or regulations - Share or distribute Course materials without permission  The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to the Course if you violate these terms.  

7. **Payment and Refund Policy** The Course fee is non-refundable once access to the Course materials has been granted, unless otherwise stated. The Company reserves the right to change the Course fee at any time, but any changes will not affect previously purchased courses.  

8. **Disclaimer of Warranties** The Course is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Company makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Course’s performance, content, or accuracy. The Company does not warrant that the Course will meet your requirements or that the access will be uninterrupted or error-free.  

9. **Limitation of Liability** To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company, its directors, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Course, use of the materials, or reliance on any information provided.  

10. **Indemnification** You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your participation in the Course or any violation of these Terms.  

11. **Changes to Terms** The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting to the Company’s website or notifying participants. Your continued use of the Course following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.  

12. **Governing Law** These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
